Coaching

COACHING FOR THE SEASONED ENTREPRENEUR

We practice goal-oriented coaching, with a focus on accountability.

Goal-oriented means:

  • engagement centered around a specific goal

  • deep-dive sessions into nitty gritty implementation details

  • no limit on emailing back and forth, to work through drafts and ideas

We create accountability through:

  • mutual preparation for each meeting

  • concrete, measurable indicators

  • follow-up

We do not just “schedule one hour”, come in with a blank slate and cover “whatever is on your mind today”.  Business is not as neat and tidy as that.  We prepare thoroughly before and between each meeting, and are flexible about scheduling longer or shorter times together as the situation dictates – and we are available by e-mail anytime, any day between sessions.  You know – the way you would interact with any other co-worker.

Likewise, we do not offer "free webinars", or other templated value-adds to bolster a "coaching package".  We understand these are of little value for someone deeply experienced in their field.  You can find information anywhere on the internet.  The real value of a coach is having expert feedback and accountability.

 

Our version of coaching is essentially "consulting-lite".
